Q: What are the key cards used for?

A:  The key cards can be used in a variety of ways. It's main function is to be a key to access your cabin. However, they can also be used for getting drinks, onboard purchases, security pass for ports, booking shows and an access to photo gallery on some ships.



Q: How much luggage can I take?

A: You can take as much luggage as you want if you are sailing from Southampton. However, if you are flying, the luggage will be limited to the airlines allowance of luggage.



Q: Is there a dress code?  

A: While some more conventional cruise lines provide "formal nights" for people who would prefer to dress up in a suit or evening gown for dinner, the majority of cruise lines adopt a "resort casual" dress code throughout the duration of the trip. If you're not sure what to dress, consult your consultant.



Q: Do I get charged for using the mini fridge?

A: Yes, you will need to pay for anything you take out of the fridge. However, this does not apply to some suites.



Q: Can I travel if I have mobility or medical problems  

A: For guests who have disabilities or restricted mobility, the majority of cruise ships provide fully adapted accommodations; however, these are limited, so please let us know when you book so we can guarantee you the right cabin. Please inform us of any further medical concerns you may have so we can make sure the cruise line of your choice will meet your needs.



Q: Can I change my cabin?

A: Yes, if there is availability and you will have to pay an addition of fees.



Q: What do I need to show / have with me at the airport or terminal?

A: You will need to have evidence of your COVID-19 vaccinations and photo proof of having a negative result if travelling.You will also need evidence of any travel insurance, your passport, your boarding pass and any documents that are required for teh countries you are going to be visiting.
